strategic goals
Goal 1
To broaden the community's knowledge of PCCA's programs, employees,
facilities and accomplishments in an effort to address the issues of
poverty.
Goal 2
To develop an internal annual assessment and review of PCCA
priorities and programs to better serve the economically
disadvantaged.
Goal 3
To obtain a centralized facility, by jurisdiction, for the provision
of efficient and accessible client services in a building that is in
compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.
Goal 4
To develop a corporate funding strategy for service needs for which
funding is limited or unavailable.
Goal 5
To address Board, staff and client issues holistically in an effort
to create a professional and efficient work environment that
enhances human service delivery.
